Welcome Walk Plymouth is a sound based web app developed working with Devon & Cornwall Refugee Support. I developed the app using open source software – bootstrap and leaflet.js.
Welcome Walk Plymouth greets refugees and asylum seekers in three commonly spoken languages (Arabic, Farsi and English), providing useful information to help new arrivals navigate the city. You can listen to information about shops, community organisations, parks and playgrounds, international food, advice centres, swimming pools and more, as you walk around Plymouth.
